One Moana
Community Voice, Representation and Systems Change
A Pasifika-Led Campaign for Equity in Victoria
One Moana is a movement led by Pasifika communities across Victoria. We’re calling for a dedicated Pasifika Action Plan that reflects our voices, our realities, and our solutions.
Pasifika communities are strong and connected by culture, family, and faith. But we continue to be left out of decisions that affect our futures, and there is no coordinated government strategy to support our community’s long-term wellbeing.
One Moana is here to change that.
What We Are Fighting For
One Moana is working to:
Build a statewide community campaign
Run a listening tour across metro and regional Victoria
Advocate to Ministers, Councils, and Parliament
Develop a fully co-designed budget bid for 2026/27
We’re inspired by the Victorian African Community Action Plan, and we’re ready for a Pasifika version that reflects our unique strengths, needs, and aspirations.
How You Can Support
This is your invitation to walk with us.
Whether you’re Pasifika, a community ally, a policymaker, or a supporter of equity, your voice matters. Support One Moana by:
Joining a listening tour event
Endorsing the need for a Pasifika Action Plan
Sharing the campaign with your networks
Offering your expertise, platform, or resources
The more voices behind One Moana, the stronger our case for change.
